Based on a holistic approach, the Agama Healing Center focuses on enabling people to transform themselves at physical, emotional and mental levels by making use of natural and proven techniques. Leveraging on the wisdom of Yoga Therapy and latest medicine, we enable self healing among groups, which help them to stay healthy.
We have weekly articles by Agama Healing Center therapists that cover a variety of topics. Our therapists are highly passionate and experienced in life transformation. They continuously test various methods and undergo trainings of Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, science and other aspects that will help you with your life and is unique. The programs developed by us are targeted at the Western life and the challenges involved, thereby helping you to adapt it and solve a variety of problems.
Using a variety of modalities, our consultants address all the issues of our clients. Based on the connection between your mind and body, we also provide recommendations to improve your way of life. We have a proven track record that is natural and serves to be highly effective.
Every Wednesday, we conduct workshops on different topics that are related to health and the challenges we face. Due to the group based learning approach we adopt, you will be able to learn better and expand your horizon. If you wish to take up individual classes, we have options available for that as well.
The Agama Yoga Teacher Training is an extensive course that is spread out on 450 hours and is taken by a Western trained doctor, Maha Ananda. In this program, you will have insights about mainstream medicine, wellness industry and Yoga, so that you are able to address the total spectrum of well-being of individuals.
With extensive guidance and research for healing that has been proven since several years, in 2008, Swami Vivekanada and Maha Ananda (Dr. Mihaiela Pentiuc) have started an initiative to help people with therapy based practice due to which, they are able to stick to their self-healing principles to help themselves. When an individual starts with self-healing, the entire body starts getting balanced and the individuals start to handle negative emotions better than what they used to previously. To further enhance this, therapeutic yoga and other supportive methods are made use of to ensure the overall well-being in the long term.
